Recently, Duan Hongbo, the Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area led a team to Sichuan Tianfu New Area for inspection and exchanged views with Peng Tianyu, the Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Party-Masses Work Department of Sichuan Tianfu New Area in a meeting. The team learned about excellent experiences and practices in the reform and innovation of the management system and mechanism of Tianfu New Area to accelerate the comprehensive reform of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

At the meeting, both sides exchanged views on operation mode of the system and mechanism of the industrial function zone, industry cultivation, investment attraction, business environment construction. The person in charge of departments in Tianfu New Area gave detailed answer brought up by Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area about institutional setting, project approval decision-making, government-enterprise linkage, government services.

Duan said as the 15th national new area in China, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is an important economic growth pole for high-quality development in Yunnan. At present, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is deepening the reform of the administrative management system, so the practices of Tianfu New Area on institutional setting, urban construction concept, industrial positioning, management and operation of industrial functional areas are significant for Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to further improve administrattive efficiency, clarify the boundaries of responsibilities and stimulate the vitality of officers. It is hoped that both sides continue to raise exchanges and interactions, and help Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area build a management system with complete systems, scientific norms, and efficient operation.

Peng welcomed the arrival of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and introduced the urban planning and construction of parks in Tianfu New District and the economic and social development in detail. He said at present, Tianfu New District is taking the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle as the general traction, taking the construction of the park city pioneer area as the guide, we will comprehensively strengthen the source of scientific and technological innovation and the support of inland opening doors, and strive to be at the forefront and set an example in Chengdu's modernization construction. It is hoped that the both sides will strengthen communication and cooperation, share development opportunities, deepen coordinated development, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of Southwest China.

During the inspection tour, Duan also conducted on-site investigation of the Administrative Service Center, CBP City Exhibition Hall, and Planning Department in Tianfu New Area, and Chengdu Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
